Administration And Committees
Hockey North West was formed in February 2003 to provide an overarching
body that would bring all Associations, Clubs & Facility managers to develop
hockey in the best interests in a mutually supportive manner on the North
West Coast of Tasmania. We aim to provide an opportunities for people of all
ages to participate in hockey, at all levels. We have Juniors, Women's, &
Men's teams. In short, we can cater for whatever your interests in hockey
are. On this web site you will find links to Juniors teams, Women's teams
and Men's teams. Information pages including news, results, state training
squads, rules, ladders, club contacts and information on social events and
much more. We hope you find this web site informative and we look forward to

Purpose
Act as an overarching body that provides strategic direction
and governance to the North West Hockey community. Facilitate and coordinate
hockey rosters and events in the North West region of Tasmania. Help the
North West Hockey community gain fully from it’s affiliation with Hockey
Tasmania and strengthen the relationship with Hockey Tasmania. Act as a
conduit for communicating state and regional hockey issues to all regional
associations, clubs and facility managers in an effective, simple but formal
manner.
