Web Project
North West Web is a Work for the Dole project funded by the Australian Government's Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR). This project is in it's second year, and has trained over 40 unemployed people and assisted over 30 non-profit organisations with internet-based content management strategies. The project is based at the Burnie office of Job Futures Tasmania. We also have a Community Weblink Project based in Bellerive.
Our Role
We
aim to provide non-profit organisations with quality, informative
websites. In the process, the project provides an opportunity for
unemployed clients to interact with the community on a business level
whilst gaining valuable workplace skills and experience.
Our
Values
North West Web is a service for the community that assists unemployed
people claiming benefits from Centrelink to fulfil their Mutual
Obligation.
Professionalism
The success of this project depends on a partnership between a non
profit organisation, our qualified staff and our high professional
standards.
Effective Resource Management
The services that we provide is aimed at gaining maximum exposure for
your organisation within the scope of our resources.
