Web Services
Information for non-profit and community groups.
North West Web
provides a free service to assist not-for-profit organisations with an
online presence in the community whilst assisting unemployed people meet
their Mutual Obligation.
Why do I need a website?
You can gain much by having your own
website on the internet, it is free advertising for your organisation,
24 hours per day, seven days per week and 365 days per year. Don't get left behind, and don't stress if you know little about
computers. We will do all the hard work for you.
How much will it cost our organisation?
Our
service is cheaper than television advertising, Yellow Pages™, radio and
print media. It is
FREE.
This service is part of a Work for the Dole project, therefore you are
providing valuable training and encouragement to an unemployed person,
and in return you are gaining a website.
What
is the first step?
Please call Sonja on (03) 6431 1209, email on the link below, or download
an Expression of Interest form from the Downloads page on this
website. Once we have received your form and details, you will be asked
to provide information to place on your website. You will be assigned
a developer and you will be expected to build a professional
relationship with that person as if you are a full paying 'client'.
North West Web is supported by the Australian Government through Work for the Dole funding and conducted on behalf of Job Futures Tasmania. Any comments concerning the content of this site should be directed to vaane.jftas@key.org.au
